Produce in the Chinese Funian province this tea consists of single buds of equal length covered with white down. This subtle infusion is pale yellow with an extraordinary fresh, sweet fragrance.

Ali San Special Grade Formosa
This lightly oxidized oolong has a wonderful honeysuckle aroma. Since the Ali San is a fairly green oolong it is important to keep the water temperature below boiling to let its buttery sweetness shine.
